ECJC Leadership Lab Sparks New Ideas and Collaboration

Following the strong interest expressed at the Summit, Jewish community leaders from across Europe came together for a three-part leadership program led by Ariel Halevi, focused on strengthening strategic decision-making in an increasingly complex environment. Participants explored practical frameworks and tools designed to help leaders navigate high-pressure situations, balance urgent needs with long-term priorities, and make more confident, strategic decisions in their organizations. Across three interactive 90-minute sessions, participants moved from theory to hands-on application, working on real challenges from their own communities. The program also introduced Beena, an innovative AI platform supporting structured decision-making, and concluded with peer review discussions and collaborative next steps. The initiative brought together senior and emerging leaders responsible for guiding Jewish communities and organizations across Europe.
