Associate Spotlight: Neighbours II – Building Bridges and Strengthening Communities Across Europe

At the beginning of September, HIAS Europe and Masorti Europe, ECJC Associates, launched Neighbours II: Building Bridges, Challenging Prejudice, Strengthening Communities — a new European initiative bringing together Jewish, migrant, faith-based, and local community organisations across five European countries. Building on the earlier Neighbours programme, the initiative uses dialogue, education, and direct encounters to address antisemitism, xenophobia, Islamophobia, and other forms of prejudice. Over the next two years, around 1,500 young people will take part in intercultural learning activities, while five local coalitions will strengthen cooperation between diverse communities. Funded by the EU through the CERV Programme, Neighbours II highlights how Jewish communities and their partners can contribute to more inclusive and resilient societies across Europe.
