Exceptional Summit Evaluation – Strong Impact, Stronger Connections

The ECJC Summit in Athens brought together Jewish leaders from across Europe for meaningful dialogue, collaboration, and inspiration – and the feedback speaks for itself. Overall experience was rated 4.72/5, with logistics receiving an outstanding 4.81/5. Venue and facilities (4.96), registration (4.93), communication (4.85), and organization (4.78) were especially praised. Participants highlighted the Summit’s value in building relationships and generating practical ideas: 80% made many new professional connections 84% gained ideas and tools they can apply in their communities

Across sessions, themes of adaptive leadership, resilience, unity, youth engagement, and cross-community collaboration resonated strongly. Many participants emphasized the importance of turning insights into practical action and strengthening European Jewish cooperation at a continental level.

The evaluation of the summit offers a clear and encouraging message: participants are not only satisfied – they are eager for more. Across the board, feedback highlighted the value of coming together in a space that felt both meaningful and energizing, where ideas could be exchanged openly and new connections could take shape. Many expressed a strong desire for ECJC to continue creating these platforms, while also expanding its role beyond convening – towards facilitating ongoing collaboration, practical tools, and sustained support between gatherings. There is a clear appetite for deeper engagement, more opportunities for peer exchange, and concrete follow-up initiatives that translate dialogue into action. Above all, participants are looking to ECJC as a trusted catalyst – one that not only brings people together, but helps drive momentum forward.
