This seminar, facilitated by external speakers, utilised real life experiences with schools and organisations, to help school leaders understand and deal with the hard realities of change.

It gave participants ways to identify, organise and put into practice the real changes they wanted to make.

The workshop addressed the following questions:

How is it that things happen?
Who are the people who always seem to make sure change doesn't really happen and what can you do about them?
What changes do you want to take forward and how can you be helped to make this happen?
