Working in Jewish Organisations in key positions could bring the feeling of isolation to the different professionals.

Communities are being constantly challenged by different issues, not only coming from the outside, but also dynamics with lay leaders which undoubtedly impact on the role of the professionals.

The Forum of Directors became the only space for European Professionals working in Jewish organisations to discuss, network and share best practises on these issues with the goal of strenghtening the space of the professionals in the organisations.
