Member Visit – London & Brighton, UK

ECJC continued strengthening connections across Europe with a meaningful visit to the United Kingdom, London and Brighton. Taking place shortly after the recent antisemitic attack in London, the visit carried a strong message of solidarity, resilience, and unity. Throughout the trip, ECJC President Marc Sugarman and director Taly Mair met with Jewish organizations, community leaders, and partners dedicated to building strong, connected, and vibrant Jewish life across Europe. Discussions focused on the opportunities for cooperation, innovation, and joint initiatives with ECJC. ECJC was honored to meet with representatives from our members Jewish Care and BNJC as well as the Jewish Leadership Council, Foundation for Jewish Heritage, World Jewish Academy, JDC, Jewish Futures, GIFT, The Weidenfeld Centre, and many other valued partners. The visit highlighted the importance of partnership, shared responsibility, and continued collaboration in strengthening Jewish communal life across Europe.
