New Member – Let’s Welcome Sumy Jewish Community, Ukraine

The Jewish community of Sumy is a vibrant and growing community centered around the restored “Jewish House,” which has served as a hub for Jewish life since 2005. Through religious services, educational programs, cultural activities, volunteer initiatives, and youth engagement, the community continues to strengthen Jewish identity and connection across generations. Despite the ongoing challenges of war, the community remains committed to supporting its members through charitable assistance, educational opportunities, psychological support, and communal activities. With around 1,000 members, Sumy Jews continue working together to preserve traditions, care for one another, and build a strong Jewish future. Welcome!
